I had a wonderful experience with this rehab facility in Hemet. The staff truly care about their patients, but I especially want to recognize Veronica, the case manager. She works tirelessly to find the best placement for seniors, making sure they have the support and resources they need before leaving the facility. My father is at Hemet hills and has been for a few months he receives excellent care and most of all Tyler and Veronica are the most amazing people in the administration they have saved us from several difficult situations. Very clean my dad loves their food and he loves all of the nurses and staff that help him. I get to bring in sugar the Chihuahua so she can see her papa I would recommend it anytime. Tyler is an amazing administrator he found my dad in the ER in the Hemet hospital in desperate need of help he got him out of there and into an extra large bed because he’s 6 ft 4 and has done nothing but help us….
My mom is there on day two and they took good care of her started her physical therapy. Talk to her about her medication‘s and she says the food is real good and I washed her eat. It looks good. They’re good staff and they take good care of people so far. I’m very happy she’s there.
